The prime application of the Magnetic Chucks are of holding ferro-metallic work pieces along with a very uniform and strong holding magnetic force. In inner part of these chucks consists of an accurately centered magnetic face which operates in conjunction with actuated electromagnet. When a workpiece is placed across the poles of the magnet, the flux flows into it. The ferrous components have poles that are opposite the polarity of the magnet so they attract each other. Amplifying and controlling this flux is the key to applying magnets in a metalworking operation. Also, in order to meet the individual client requirements, our catered Magnetic Chucks are made in different dimensions and sizes.
